List of Figures without bibliography

Hi all,
The document class of my text is book (koma-script). Few figures contain reference to 
bibliography, such as Figure xxxxx [Carroll, 2003].
The List of Figures contains the same. 

Could some help me please how to remove the bibilographic reference in the List of 
Figures?
