HI all,

Currently TOC does not include list of tables, figures and bibliography. How to include them in final output.

Use the package tocbibind

If you just use the defaults this also includes the ToC in the ToC so use the option notoc

\usepackage[notoc]{tocbibind}

my apologies, this should read [nottoc] instead
