Hmmm, When I tried to view postscript on your file, I got the following error message: ========================================== LaTeX Error: File `showframe.sty' not found. \renewcommand {\tocheadstart}{}^^M *** (cannot \read from terminal in nonstop modes) ========================================== What is showframe.sty? I wonder if that could be the difference between our experiences?
