No, only the programs that were installed together with LyXWinInstaller will be removed (you will also be asked). For more details have a look in the Readme file of the installer.
Does the supported LyX windows installer co-operate with Uwe's all-in-one installer? I mean, if I install 1.3.7, will it erase 1.3.7pre6 automatically?
When you install LyX (no matter which installer you use) already installed programs won't be erased/overwritten. That means that you can have two or more LyX versions installed. To update from 1.3.7pre use the uninstaller and then reinstall LyX using version 1.0 of my installer or the official 1.3.7 installer.
