If the MiKTeX bin directory is not on your system path, try adding it
there. (To edit the path, right click My Computer, click
Properties->Advanced->Environment Variables, select PATH in either of
the two windows (System variables if you want it on the path for all
users, User variables if you want it just for yourself), click Edit, and
either append or prepend the path to MiKTeX's bin directory, separated
by a semicolon from the rest of the path list.)
