This should not be necessary... Did you do something special, besides
installing in a non-standard directory?
The problem is
Unable to determine the system directory having searched
C:/appli/LyX14/bin/C:/appli/LyX14/Resources/
LyX should have searched in C:/appli/LyX14/Resources/ instead.
