Reverse/Forward search works well with lyx2.0rc2 and texlive 2010. I've only found a small glitch with Forward search. On Tools -> Preferences - > Output, I set the DVI/PDF command: okular --unique "file:$$o#src:$$n $$t" Now, everytime I execute a forward search, a new okular window opens, at the correct position. Removing the --unique option has no effect.
