yup.

Better approach: use the package endfloat which will put all floats at
the end of the document.

Install the LaTeX package and add

 \AtBeginDocument{\usepackage{endfloat}}

In most cases
 \usepackage{endfloat}

works as well, but if you have sideways tables, this tweak helps.
