This said, if you're in the business of proofreading, I would suggest that you set Tools > Prefs > Editing > Fullscreen > Limit text width to something like 700 pixels. And if using 2.1, in Doc > Settings > Text layout > uncheck Use justification. Then switch to full-screen while proofreading. The goal would be to have no more than 70-80 chars per line, and to avoid unnecessary and awkward spacing between words. I'm no expert, but this should improve readability and thus productivity.
