Attempts to install PerlMagic on an Intel Mac running OS 10.5.1 (using MCPAN) result in the following failure:

Running make test
/bin/sh ../magick.sh PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 /usr/bin/perl "- MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-e" "test_harness(0, 'blib/lib', 'blib/ arch')" t/*.t t/bzlib/*.t t/jpeg/*.t t/mpeg/*.t t/png/*.t t/ps/*.t t/ tiff/*.t t/x/*.t t/xfig/*.t t/zlib/*.t
/bin/sh: ../magick.sh: No such file or directory
make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 127
 JCRISTY/PerlMagick-6.32.tar.gz
 /usr/bin/make test -- NOT OK
//hint// to see the cpan-testers results for installing this module, try:
 reports JCRISTY/PerlMagick-6.32.tar.gz
Running make install
 make test had returned bad status, won't install without force

The file "magic.sh" certainly does not exist -- where should it have come from?

(I cannot find "reports JCRISTY/PerlMagick-6.32.tar.gz", BTW.)

I would be grateful if anyone could tell me what to do to resolve this problem.

Regards,

Alan Fry
