You can show only the builds from a certain OS version using the "Select builder(s):" popup menu. However, builds are attempted for all ports, not just the ones for which the archives can be made publicly available. To see if there is an archive available for a port, you would have to check the appropriate subdirectory on packages.macports.org, e.g. <https://packages.macports.org/harfbuzz/>.
