There's also RubyCocoa: http://sourceforge.net/projects/rubycocoa/files/RubyCocoa/1.2.0/. Note that the text incorrectly says "Looking for the latest version? Download RubyCocoa-1.0.0.tar.gz (2.8 MB)"; the newest is actually 1.2.0. It was updated in July and says it works on 10.9; I'm not sure about 10.10 or Xcode 6.1.
