I can give you answer for the MacBook (not pro) but of the first 
generation (not the new core 2 duo)
hope that they will help you anyway
Sleep: works perfectly both on ram and and disk with suspend2 and 
macbook patch on 2.6.18.2 kernel
External Display: Works perfectly
Wireless in monitor mode: it's a madwifi and works also with injection
Apple Usb modem: no idea
