Hello, So, I'm sure some of you remember that on 2.6.19 and 2.6.20 kernels, sometimes the root device would not be found and the kernel would panic. For me, this problem went away when I upgraded to 2.6.21-rc6.
However, after upgrading to 2.6.22-rc3 with the mactel patches, this issue has come back with a vengeance! If I try to boot this kernel, it mostly seems to panic with an error about the root device. Does anyone else see this? I don't remember any kernel configuration option being tied to this, and my 2.6.22-rc3 config is just an updated version of the 2.6.21-rc6 config (I can provide both if needed).
