I'm working on a control panel interface (770 "permanently" mounted on the
wall) that cries out for GnomeCanvas to build the UI. Of course, that's not
available on the 770, and there's nothing comparable that I can find either.
I know the Canvas currently depends on Cairo, but is there any hope of
getting some form of the Canvas working? I don't need any kind of
performance out of it, I'm only redrawing small chunks of the screen *very*
infrequently.
