It should be in the menu, but maybe you need to install it first:
$ fakeroot apt-get install osso-application-installer
You also need fakeroot
$ fakeroot apt-get install fakeroot
(Typing this line always makes me cringe a bit.... The magic of
Scratchbox... :)
