I couldn't figure out this part of the libgpsbt license:

Those are the *first* 4 lines of COPYING. I see no 'above copyright notice', 
just a MIT
like disclaimer *below*. Could one of the nokia people give me the right 
license (MIT,
BSD, APL, etc)?
