For most cases, it should.
However, you need to change your target configuration as well if you
want everything to be as close as possible with original setup.
I am asking, since I have qemu segfaults and hope that the newer qemu version
in hathor fixes this.
Or you can grab the qemu devkit separately and install it on your
apophis-based installation.
