Summary: one-shot custom notes for group invitation
Initial Comment:
In a way similar to the customized greeting for new subscribers (which is sent
only after a subscription), it would be great to be able to add text to the
initial invitation message, to explain what the list is about, the basis for
the invitation ("met you at the conference"), etc.
