When confirming an invitation to a list for which subscribe_policy is
Require approval or Confirm and approve, the user is told "Once you've
confirmed your subscription request, the moderator must approve or
reject your membership request. You will receive notice of their
decision." This message is only appropriate for confirmation of a
subscription request. It is not appropriate for confirmation of an
invitation.
