Public bug reported:
The vette log entries for approved posts do not include the list name.
Only the admin CGI identifies itself in the error log entry for a non-
existent list. admindb, confirm, edithtml, listinfo, options, private,
rmlist and subscribe all write an error log "No such list" entry but
don't identify themselves. roster writes no error log entry.
