This is the right place for feature requests.
It's somewhat cumbersome and not a real answer to your request, but if
your MTA uses aliases, you can augment the LIST-bounces alias to include
the list owner. You can also do this with a programmatic MTA like Exim,
but it's even more cumbersome if you want different recipients per list.
That said, I will see about implementing this for the next release.
