No, I wouldn't downgrade.  If you can, send me the list's config.pck
file and I'll look to see if there's anything crazy.  Also, you might
want to set SYNC_AFTER_WRITE in Switchboard.py just to see if that fixes
things (although I doubt it if this is only affecting one list).
