I have a list that is receiving about 200 SPAMS a day (which is being held). I wrote a script to remove all the held messages. However, I would like to rename the list. Initially, I thought the move_list command would be appropriate. I don't particularly want to delete the list and create a new list.
Renaming the list would effectively have the MTA bounce all the SPAMS. One way I thought of when composing this email would be to leave everything on mailman as it is, and simply change the alias. -- Jerry Feldman <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9 ------------------------------------------------------ Mailman-Users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users Mailman FAQ: http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py Searchable Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/mailman-users%40python.org/ This message was sent to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe or change your options at http://mail.python.org/mailman/options/mailman-users/archive%40jab.org
