Read literally, he said "these are *my* requirements". That's a perfectly fair statement! He didn't claim there was an obligation on the Mailman developers, nor did he say what he would do if Mark and I decided to completely abandon MM2 support -- but I doubt it involves putting prices on our heads. :-) Sure, you could take it as a statement of obligation, and indeed it often is. I prefer to hear it as a forecast of a cry of pain, and to do what I can (within the effort that I have committed) to deal with it in that spirit. ------------------------------------------------------ Mailman-Users mailing list -- mailman-users@python.org To unsubscribe send an email to mailman-users-le...@python.org https://mail.python.org/mailman3/lists/mailman-users.python.org/ Mailman FAQ: http://wiki.list.org/x/AgA3 Security Policy: http://wiki.list.org/x/QIA9 Searchable Archives: https://www.mail-archive.com/mailman-users@python.org/ https://mail.python.org/archives/list/mailman-users@python.org/
