That could be right; the only place docbook is used is from
bin/publish.sh, which has:

  # publish design
  xsltproc --novalid --param section.autolabel 1 --param toc.section.depth 5 -o 
${targetDir}/docs/design/index.html ${docbookXsl} 
${mapbuilderDir}/design/mapbuilder-lib.xml

If that's the case, then:

> * Remove docbook directory
> * Remove the design.xml files
> * Update mapbuilder/index.html to reference the
