Don't worry, the map is working perfectly!
As you say, the problem was in the jsp file. I took one html file from
\geoserver\preview and I remake it with my css files and without align
properties in <td> elements.
I also add "<xs:element name="MyButtonName" type="mb:ButtonType/>" to
\lib\schemas\config.xsd.
