Change Summary: 1) All mapbuilder files now live in /osgeo/mapbuilder (this should include continuum, geoserver, and the demo site) 2) We are still using Continuum 1.0.3 3) GeoServer has been upgraded to 1.6-beta2 (this may resolve some of the crashing with which we've been dealing) 4) Continuum is no longer building the ol-integration branch, as this is merged into trunk.
