AFAIK trunk already uses a part of the new proj4js library, so that  
means that the 1.5 branch does as well. Also chris noted that OL will  
not use proj4js in the next release, so I'd like to see proj4js in  
the next mapbuilder release. So please do commit it to both trunk and  
the 1.5 branch
