Cameron,

The existing sandbox directory in our existing SVN will stay for us  
to continue to use as we have been.

We have two options for the new contributors repository

1) /sandboxes

2) /sandboxes
     /trunk ->which is a svn externals the trunk in the developers SVN
    (We could do more directories if needed)

I'm leaning towards doing the second option
