Hi Cameron,

On one hand I'm in favor to clean up the examples set and consolidate 
them a bit. On the other hand, since we lack quite some documentation, 
the examples are on way to help new users/developers to understand how 
mapbuilder works.
I'd like to have a set of examples that show prima functionality, 
without too much clutter. Similar as OL has wms.html, tms.html, 
kml.html, google.html etc examples; just showing how to add KML, Google etc.
If you however can create a consolidated example which explains how you 
can add the different map-types I'm all in favor of consolidating :)
