Of note, Roald will be merging the Lisasoft sandbox back into the 
mapbuilder trunk soon, and will raise any issues that we have found on 
the way.

Restructure of the directories. Yes, seems to be fixed to me. I've 
closed the issue.

Yes, I believe so. Or at least they are working well enough to serve as 
a good demo.
Lisasoft has another catalog demo similar to these which access a proper 
CS-W catalog service. I'd like to put this in the trunk, not in rc-1 as 
we are dependent upon other functionality in the trunk.

      MapbuilderProxy.jsp doesn't support HTTPS URLs yet:

This is an improvement, not a fix, so should go into the trunk, no the rc.
