I've created a wiki page at:
http://communitymapbuilder.org/display/MAP/Commercial+Support
I've listed Lisasoft and encourage others to include their companies too.

I'm still wrestling with permissions to update the Contents column. Here
is a message on #codehaus:

<camerons> Hello, The Mapbuilder project has an issue editing one of our
pages in Confluence. It is limited to a user group and we can't work up
how to add users to the user group.
 Page is: http://communitymapbuilder.org/display/MAP/Commercial+Support
Sorry, wrong page, ... I meant
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/MAP/Navigation
From the info page, the page can only be updated by users in group
"mapbuilder-developers", but I don't know where user groups for
confluence are maintained.
<-- hadrian has quit (Client closed connection)
<camerons> Note that our mapbuilder developers are in "map-developers"
or "map-despots" group, not "mapbuilder-developers" as currently set in
the Mapbuilder page.
