After many hours trying various svndumpfilter combinations, I wasn't
able to extract the cscs branch from the dumpfile. Therefore, I did an
initial import from an export of the mapbuilder/cscs branch, with
comments to that effect in the log message. There are also pointers to
the mapbuilder svn for project history in the wiki.

The Trac wiki is setup and I've been starting to put some documentation
in there and the ticket system is also available.
