Hy Rémy today we have the bug in a server and we look at CURRENT_UTILIZATION and LIMIT_VALUE in oracle configuration; but oracle limit is ok.
The only think We found is that restarting only the apache service resolve the problem.. so we think that the problem is in the mapagent.fcgi module and not in mapguide service.
