Should we at least set up a central wikipage (continent -> country -> city, address, date, time, contact person), so people can enter potential come-togethers on https://live.gnome.org/GnomeMarketing/ThreePointFour/ReleaseParties ? And ask on https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gugmasters-list to add dates?
