Can you confirm that what you downloaded (while advertised with a different name on the web pages) was an exact copy of Apache OpenOffice 4.1.0?
Even though it's not visible (legal and trademark issues are dealt with in private) we do take actions against misuse of our trademarks when we can. So reports are always welcome even if we can't disclose the actions we take.
