How would financing government through land taxes affect family farms? How would private sector conservation efforts be affected by heavier land taxes? Some anarcho-libertarians have made claims that Yellowstone and other large parks could be privatized. I've always thought that was dubious, and would think impossible under a land tax scheme. I doubt the current large private holdings, Nature Conservancy, etc., would last long. How long could a Ted Turner protect his vast land holdings under such a scheme?
