Hi Leandro,it certainly does. You just need to add another dataset element to the query, just the same way as single dataset query. For run time (live) examples, please select a 2 dataset query of your choice on:
www.biomart.org/biomart/martview and hit XML button. make sure you do select at least one attribute.
