There seems to be a problem with the ENSEMBL GENES 59 (SANGER UK) mart, Homo sapiens gene (GRCh37) dataset, when you select Ensembl Protein ID as an attribute and filter "Limit to genes... with Affymetrix Microarray hg u 133 a ID(s)" or "...with Affymetrix Microarray hg u133a ID(s)" you get the error: Serious Error: Error during query execution: Unknown column 'main.eFG_AFFY_HG_U133A_2_bool' in 'where clause' ERROR: caught BioMart::Exception::Database: Error during query execution: Unknown column 'main.eFG_AFFY_HG_U133A_2_bool' in 'where clause' best, Leandro
