I can't say much about Buzgalin and Bulavka. As for Ukrainian part, Pikhorovich runs the website propaganda-journal.net. I would say they are definitely something like WWP in terms of content and size. I know Panuta quite well. His Socialist party is a different thing. it descends directly from the Ukrainian section of the Soviet-era Communist party. They abandoned Communism and turned to social-democratic politics in 1991. They were represented in the parliament until 2007 when they failed to pass the 3% threshold. They are still represented in some local councils, though. Panuta is at the extreme left flank of his party. He still believes in the possibility to reform it and re-orient it to the left. And he promotes left unity trying to convince the radical leftists to work with the socialists all the time. I'm skeptical about his projects, since even if we agree to take part in the electoral politics, the SPU is hardly the right tool to do this. Entering SPU would mean becoming a small radical minority in the big reformist party and spending energy on internal fights with all this senile bureacracy and young careerists. Starting a party from scratch, as the Left Opposition that launched their Assembly of Social Revolution does, will be more productive, I think. But Panuta is definitely worth talking to.
