That's true, of course, but Trump WILL be resubmitting another Muslim ban on Monday or Tuesday. The basis of the complaint in the 9th District Federal Court (where even the Republican appointee agreed with the majority of the decision to toss the Trump ban in the trash can) was the Washington AG brief that argued that they, the State of Washington was harmed because students, workers, etc who were immigrants from the 7 countries couldn't *continue* to contribute to State and thus their, and Washington State's rights were harmed was harmed...cuz they had been residing there. What Trump's legal advisors will do will be to narrow the ban to include only those people seeking refugee status who have NOT yet been admitted to the U.S. and thus can't claim their rights are violated having never resided in the country. This ban will then likely not be overturned. We will see....
