The article has a wealth of empirical information on why and how jobs are getting worse, but nothing about the systemic causes, with the exception of this throwaway generalization: "If the bosses have their way, the working class will continue to work harder for less, generating more profits, wealth and power for those at the top--that is a dynamic built into capitalism."
