Ken Hiebert just posted a message titles "Solidarity with the Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh STATEMENT OF THE FOURTH INTERNATIONAL", and I have to admit that I am confused. I have not followed all of the splits, fusions, twists and turns of the fragments of Trotskyism for quite a while, so am not sure who is using the name "The Fourth International" these days. Could someone please enlighten me?
