Every other report I've seen on this new study emphasizes how horrible the
US healthcare industry is, yet the Times puts a positive spin on it.

Other accounts have stressed high costs due to overuse of high tech, and to
administrative costs in the private insurance sector, as well as the US's
continuing poor outcomes.

But Sanger Katz ignores virtually all the metrics described in the article
in which the US is at the bottom.
