IV The speculators domination of the world total capital - called globalization by many, brings the mass of proletarians world wide to communist revolution. The new non-banking financial architecture is founded on a new technology that did not exist 30 years ago. Yet, the ideological and social basis of the Republican Party - as an electoral apparatus, is based in and thrives off of the most reactionary racists aspects of our history. I am therefore advocating defeating the Republican Party first and foremost as the strategy of this election cycle and so are the majority of working America drawn into the electoral process. This assessment is based in factual history verifiable by anyone. The Bush W. presidency was long ago dubbed as “the Southern takeover of national politics” and no one in America today can pretend this meaning is not clear. Today a real blow can be delivered to historical Southern reaction. Does this mean the abandonment of ones communist heritage and vision? Of course not. Only to those communists who for various reasons do not take part in the electoral arena, can one cut themselves off from the living moment and dismiss bourgeois parliamentary with a wave of the hand. Those who do not take part in the electoral arena are free to pursue their real and ideological goals and could give tremendous help by fighting for a communist vision of our future amongst the non and voting population one encounter as a daily event. Communism, there I said it again. Communism means that all socially necessary means of life should be distributed to everyone, including those without money, as a birth right or what is called in our history, “as an inalienable right.” We can argue over exactly how to implement this humane program of human decency but the message must be taken to the people. V We cannot get away from the question of race in our society or what is more accurately called “the color factor in American history” and the “second class citizenship status” of the descendants of Southern slavery. Today, we can solve this equation because the mass of proletarians, without regard to color are being pushed into the exact same status. The relative equality amongst blacks and whites - and everyone else for that matter, working together in the same economic categories creates a material basis for unity of the working class. For reason of our history there is a reluctance to speak of race or racism or the color factor in our history for fear of alienating people. This fear of alienating “people” or “making people angry” is proof of the deeply ingrained racism and provides relief to the most racist ideologist in our country. The Obama candidacy emerges not as an attempt to put a black face on American imperialism or as the novelty of electing a black man to presidency but rather as an effort to put a world face on speculative capital American brand. America is truly a “world country” and the dominating non-banking financial institutions have no need for the “whitest of white” that has dominated the era’s of industrial, industrial-financial and then financial industrial capital. Obama does not step forth as the descendant of the Negro people formed during the period of slavery in our country and this needs to be understood. Obama’ s wife is Negro (which should not be translated to mean black in Spanish). Obama steps forth as a candidate of change and as an individual, a man willing to “throw dirt on the corpse of the past,” whose smell contaminates our living space. The problem is that economic solutions of real equality are required to bury the past and enter real human history. Thus, race once again - as it always have, emerges as an important ingredient in this election cycle. The difference is that the American people have exhibited a clear desire to break with the past and polices of war, repression, starvation and aggression against the world’s working class and indeed the most poverty stricken of the American working class. Who does not know that what is unfolding in America is the class struggle, which in various dimensions - not all, must assures the form of a struggle riveted to the color factor due to the second class citizenship status of most - not all, blacks? An aspect of the struggle assures the form of gender but modern struggles of gender are the struggle of the proletariat as proletariat rather than the proletariat solving the “Women Factor.” The proletariat is female and colored and the idea that the working class can liberates the oppressed people is a formulation from the past that no longer holds the weight of reality. I reject strenuously the ideological notion that the base and core of Senator Clintons electoral bid are “a mass of reactionary white women.” Senator Clinton’s 18 million votes in the primary is not the votes of eighteen million “reactionary white women.” Senator Clinton’s sixteen years of campaigning for national health care has won her an audience that cuts across color, gender and class stratification. Senator Clinton is smart and her husband has the experience of actually being president. Senator Clinton’s biggest mistake is that she could not foresee the dramatic shift underway in America - our narrow but deeply ingrained anti-war sentiment, and reduced herself to a momentary caricature of a gun toting whiskey drinking “hard fisted” working class hero of her imagination. In her imaginative narrative, Senator Clinton spoke of dropping nuclear bombs on Iran. Such language and thoughts are unacceptable . . . Period. Further, guns and whiskey have been our undoing, especially in that combination producing the nutrients of the social of greed, selfishness, violence and finally capitalism - bourgeois relations of production. It is not human inventiveness or human ingenuity that creates greed and bourgeois relations as the final form of private property, but a distorted state of mind. It is this deadly combination that ushered in capitalism and bourgeois property and made it possible for the overthrown of Monarchy to lead to new forms of selfishness rather than a collectivist industrial society. Bourgeois politicians do not fool us in the class sense of communists knowing that they are capitalist politicians. Rather we are dealing with a society that has for several thousands of years been drunk with the intoxicating brew of privilege. On the other hand the core of people - real individuals, at the base of Senator John McCain’s are basically reactionary, racists and horribly white - (without quotes) in the worse common day usage of the term. In relationship to the Obama candidacy what is crystallizing as Senator Clintons social base of support, is a grouping more chauvinistic than that of Obama’s social base. Chauvinism is a concept of national pride, while racism is a concept of color discrimination and maintaining an inferior social status of blacks through institutional means. I do not by any stretch of the imagination, accuse Senator Clinton or President Clinton of being racists and never for a moment felt that President Clinton’s policies were racist on any level, although they hurt more blacks - with him ending welfare as we know it, than his Republican predecessors. The Clintons as a collective expressed something more subtle and insidious than the racism of a George W. or Senator McCain. The Clinton‘s catering to the national - not white, chauvinism of a cross section of the American peoples ran into the centuries old ideological road of anti-war in America. Senator McCain must appeal to the racism of the social basis of the Republican Party because its economic basis within America is extremely narrow. The social and political basis of McCain and the Republican Party - since Goldwater, has been the reactionary political current based in the plantation South and slavery. Thus, two different visions of the new economic order are in combat in national politics, with the communist vision in need of retooling. Communism . . . There, I said it again.
