What do you think of the working class being INSIDE the system of
capitalism and therefore not prone to overthrowing it, and the NEW CLASS,
which we
know to be defined as the permanently unemployed and OUTSIDE the system, as
the truly revolutionary class? All working poor are INSIDE the system,
part time, immigrant labor or marginal.

Why do you insist that the statement you produced say the new class is the
permanently unemployed, when what you reprinted says the opposite?

HERE IS WHAT YOU REPRINTED

(QUOTE)

As more and more production is taken over by electronics, the displaced
workers are forced into lower and lower paying jobs and many of them end up in
the growing mass of permanently unemployed. Today over a third of the work
force is unemployed, contingency, parttime or temporary workers. A huge
section works at or below minimum wage. They are forming a new class that has
few or no ties to capital. (END QUOTE)

I. the displaced workers are forced into lower and lower paying jobs and

2. many of them end up in the growing mass of permanently unemployed.

3). Today over a third of the work force is unemployed,

4). contingency,

5). parttime or

6). temporary workers.

7). A huge section works at or below minimum wage.

This could not be clearer.
