That's referring to PSF or other "top-level" projects. Google doesn't care about how the PSF arranges its projects internally, so there's not going to be anything about that on their project calendar. As far as Google's concerned, the PSF is a single "organization", and this is the stage where they decide which "organizations" get funded.
