I have it working, Oracle replaced the XALAN parser with its own XML parser that is not compliant with JDOM. On http://www.plenix.org/dbprism/doc/docs/OC4J.html is described how you can undo this action from oracle by changing the MANIFEST.FM file in the oc4j.jar.
