I have a suggestion if the browser does not provide an Accept-Language variable then give a default value.... which would be better then the 500 error I get.
This probably never happens for the majority if not all browser out there but I ran into this will trying to create a JMeter script to load test Maverick. I was able to fix the issue by adding an Http Header Manager to JMeter.
The mod would be made in LanguageShuntFactory.getView in the first line of code...
